Terms of Service

1. The Service

CoreAttend is a subscription intelligence platform that provides analytics and lifecycle management for subscription businesses, including an embedded Shopify application. We may update, improve, or modify the Services over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

3. Billing & subscriptions

• Fees for the Shopify application are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Current pricing and any free-trial period are shown at the point of approval.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Development-store charges are issued as test charges and are not billed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of Shopify's terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.

5. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents necessary for any data you make available to the Services.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by CoreAttend or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Analytics and AI-generated outputs are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreAttend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
